1、 Purpose

3、 Process inspection

1. Inspection time

During production of wire rope rigging

2. Inspection content

The raw materials shall be inspected before blanking, and the pressing process after blanking shall be monitored comprehensively.

The inspection mainly includes the following items:

(1) Broken wire condition of steel wire rope raw material -- broken wire number, broken wire distribution and fatigue degree

(2) Oil coating of steel wire rope raw materials - whether the oil layer is uniform on the appearance of steel wire rope and whether there is any attached sundries on the oil

(3) Corrosion degree of steel wire rope raw material - whether it is rusty or corroded

(4) Deformation of wire rope raw materials and other abnormal phenomena - degree and location of kink marks, flattening, damage, loose strand or loose twist;

(5) Aluminum tube raw material: whether it matches with the diameter of steel wire rope

(6) Wire rope crimping machine - whether the wire rope crimping machine is in normal working condition and whether the mold matches the order

(7) Aluminum tube crimping - whether the pressure value meets the pressure requirements when crimping

4、 Factory inspection

1. Inspection time

After the completion of production and before delivery

2. Inspection content

(1) Tight condition of the soft ring after crimping - whether the wire rope is staggered or the alloy indenter is deformed, worn or cracked;

(2) Crimping condition of aluminum tube: whether the aluminum tube is deformed, cracked or worn

(3) Length and diameter - whether the diameter and length meet the requirements of the order, and the overall sling length error must be controlled within plus or minus 3% of the total length

(4) Quantity - is it consistent with the order quantity

(5) Product packaging - whether the packaging is proper and whether the label is hung

5、 Inspection method

(1) Data check

Check whether the wire rope factory certificate and incoming inspection certificate are consistent with the order requirements.

(2) Visual inspection

Check the appearance of the sling; the appearance of the crimped parts of the aluminum pipe; check whether the sling and metal accessories are available

Wear, corrosion, damage, deformation, crack, slippage or loose strand condition, and the main dimension

Line measurement.

(3) Metrological test

Use vernier caliper and tape measure to detect the length and diameter of rigging.

4. Rigging identification

The identification shall include the following data:

(1) Minimum breaking force, kn;

(2) Wire rope diameter and sling length, mm or m;

(3) Product batch number or number;

(4) Inspection date;

(5) Inspection organization;

(6) Safety color code.
